Lakeside Tree Experts are really experts! From the moment I talked with Jen in the office then with Scott I knew I contacted the right company. They were very professional very helpful and understanding to our needs. The quote was outstanding, such a great value compared to the other companies we talked with. Once the crew is here they were amazing so fast and efficient and the cleanup was impeccable! You wouldn't even know we had trees removed aside from seeing our stumps. This is truly a professional company! Everyone from the office staff to the estimator to the arborists were pleasant, efficient, and knowledgable. I received a prompt detailed quote, they showed up early, and the job (removal of a spruce tree overhanging our gardens) was performed flawlessly. They removed all the debris and left the place neat and tidy. I would not hesitate to use Lakeside again, and recommend them whole-heartedly.

They responded to the request for quote promptly. The required work was reviewed carefully with us and recommendations were made as to what and how to carry out the work. The quote was also delivered a very timely fashion and was priced very reasonably. The crew that came to do the work showed up on time and reviewed the work to be done. They carried out some minor additional work, were friendly and professional. All the work was accomplished in a timely fashion and the invoice was within the original quote. I hired these people to remove 5 very large dead or dying ash trees along the side of my lengthy driveway. While I have a 14 inch chain saw, wood chipper and wood splitter, major parts of this job, such as accurately felling trees this large were well beyond my capabilities. I asked Lakeside to cut the trees into firewood lengths and split those portions beyond the capability of my 2 ton electric splitter. I told them I would take care of chipping the branches. Based on my discussions with other arborists, I discovered that my job requirements were generally outside the scope of their normal services. In any event, I received a very competitive quote from Lakeside. I particularly liked the fact that they would climb the two largest trees to remove the branch spread at the top of the tree thus insuring there would be minimal damage to surrounding trees as these big trees came down. Attached are video's of the last few moments prior to the felling these trees. These show the accuracy of the felling and the lack of impact to the surrounding trees. Simply put: I couldn't be happier! The video includes a picture of the crew. Both were incredibly nice, competent, young men. They also maintained appropriate COVID distancing with both me and themselves at all times. My dealings with Scott, who provided the estimate, were also first rate. During his site visit, he pointed out a number of helpful items about my managed forest. I received Lakeside's invoice this morning. It was exactly as quoted. Under all the circumstances, I highly recommend this company and will definitely hire them again when needed.

We were very happy with Lakeside Tree Experts. A great group of guys who were courteous and professional. We had three trees removed and they did an excellent job of removal and clean up. We would highly recommend them.

Everything from the first call to the end when the tree was taken down was a great experience. I was given a quote the same day I had called, within a week the guys were at my house to cut my 30ft pine tree down. In an hour the tree was down. The whole experience was quick and stress free. I recently used homestars to find Lakeside Tree Experts, the reivews were amazing and I went ahead with their service, I'm glad to say totally satisfied with their work. I had requested that they let themselves in and cut the dead tree down, it was nice to see on the day of appointment, when i woke up, the guys were already in the backyard quietly doing their work, They were finished and gone in no time!

We were very satisfied with Lakeside Tree services. They came onsite rather promptly to quote on two possible options for removing potentially dangerous branches from a neighbour's tree. We didn't comparison shop, but the costs were reasonable (however, clearing the tree parts after removal was extra). When they returned within a few weeks, the work was performed efficiently and professionally. Customer service was also very helpful and patient with us throughout the process! Would recommend.
