We engaged Lakeside Tree Experts to take a look at two trees we were concerned about in our back yard. One suffers from a split trunk and the other got hit hard by gypsy moth caterpillars. A tech showed up promptly after I called, explained what was necessary and provided us with a detailed quote. Work was performed promptly, professionally and shortly after we accepted the quote. Nice work!

Wanted to take a minute to share some positive feedback for Lakeside Tree Experts. Obtained three quotes for removal of a tree in my backyard. One quote was a little lower than Lakeside Tree Experts however they have a price match guarantee for any legitimate competitor's quote. Spoke with Scott and he amended the quote to 5% less than the competitors quote I received. Two gentlemen from Lakeside came to my home September 15, 2021 and removed my tree. They were professional, courteous and efficient in taking down the tree. Would recommend Lakeside Tree Experts to friends/family anytime.

We had 2 pine trees taken down and a maple tree trimmed. Scott was awesome to deal with, fast response when emailed. There was a crew of 2 that showed up, they did a great job, took away the logs and chipped the branches then cleaned up when finished, they were great guys!!!! I highly recommend Lakeside Tree Experts and I would use them again !!!

We had a tree fall unexpectedly over night and after calling other tree services with no response. Lakeside was great right from the start. They came quickly for the assessment and even quicker for the removal and clean up. It was a really easy experience working with them through something that was very unexpected. Lakeside Tree Experts did a wonderful job coordinating with all our neighbours to trim back several trees that were hanging over roofs. They were professional and did a fabulous job including a thorough clean up!

I was incredibly impressed with the entire process for having a tree removed from our backyard. Lakeside responded immediately to my request for a quote and was at my house just days later to remove it. They honoured the initially quoted price despite determining in person that it would typically cost a little more, and the removal was both incredibly quick and clean. Lakeside Tree experts removed two dead trees from my property last year and the arborist and tree removal staff were extremely efficient and so pleasant to work with. Lakeside experts truly know everything there is to know about trees and were able to assess what needed to be done and what could be left, sparing me extra expense of doing something that was not necessary. This year I didn't hesitate to call them back about my poor Maple tree out front that is suffering from the 2021 Ontario gypsy moth problem. They recommended a treatment plan and were able to adjust their schedule last minute to accommodate me being at home when they did the work so I could monitor the tree trimming required. Lakeside was wonderful to work with. They responded to my request for a quote right away and had a representative come to the property the next day. They quoted us a very fair price for the scope of work we wanted done. Scheduling was super easy and the team was in and out in 4 hours. The trees look awesome and they left the property very clean. The team from Lakeside was quick and efficient. You wouldn't know that they had even been there as the job site was clean and all evidence of a tree formally having been there were gone. This is the fourth time that we have used Lakeside and we would recommend them to anyone needing a well trained team to remove any fallen or diseased trees

We really enjoyed our experience working with Lakeside Tree Experts. Jenn was an absolute pleasure to communicate with. You can tell she really goes above and beyond for her clients. She is professional, kind, and very good at her job! She was able to help schedule our appointment earlier than we were expecting. The tree folks were great. They helped indentify that we had a second dead tree, and the removal was quick and thorough. Our fence was bent very slightly out of place during one removal (mostly because it is not in great condition!) and they came back immediately to make sure it was back in perfect condition. We highly recommend working with this team!
